Hi Andy,

I'm doing that with baseclassname, is that the same as Name?

The toolbar is not a child of the rowset, it's defined in base.cfm and customerForm is subclassed from base.cfm. My understanding is that because canSave is an event of the rowset, I need to navigate up from the rowset to get to the form.
