Huh. New computer, didn't reinstall PDF995, but tried something else,
and I got:

Nuance PDF
          1 - Letter   8.5 x 11 inches
          5 - Legal    8.5 x 14 inches
          3 - Tabloid  11 x 17 inches
          9 - A4       210 x 297 mm
          8 - A3       297 x 420 mm
          7 - Executive 7.25 x 10.5 inch
         12 - B4(JIS)  257 x 364 mm
         13 - B5(JIS)  182 x 257 mm
         89 - Screen   10 x 7.5 inches
        257 - A0
        258 - A1
        259 - A2
        260 - A3-H
        256 - Custom Paper Size

Weird that the HP 1020 isn't returning anything for 256. Even weirder
though, is that if I bring up the PaperSize property builder, there is a
blank item at the bottom. No text. So I guess Rick's code is working
correctly. Perhaps something could be added if the value is blank just
to show it's not an error ... I'll take a look.

Thanks for the work you put in on these things!
