First, in the dUFLP you will find exportData.wfm which will move data
from tables in dBASE to various other formats, including Excel; and
there is ImportData.wfm which goes the other way ...

That's a starter. This kind of thing is also covered in my books, and
there are multiple threads, probably in the programming newsgroup here
on this topic.
