There are lots of ways to run a form. Here are just three usable in the IDE...(Integrated Design Environment).

doubleclick (on the name in navigator)

F2 (with the form selected in navigator)

do <yourformname> (from the command window)

Don't think you can load up and drive like a pro without the "how-to" material unless you're happy to crash and burn many times.
The OLH is a good reference tool but it won't teach you how to play in dBASE.
