Hi Ken, I am the one with the problem.
I been working the problem. I down graded to win server 2016 hoping that was the problem.

I am getting the same problem with some improvement. Now I can open a database which is a dbase drivers but not a ms sql database.

Also if I created the ms sql with the ODBC admin. Apache will error with "unknown database name"

But if I first create my ms sql database in BDE with SQL Server and then created the database in ODBC admin and then attach the database to the BDE database. Then Apache finds the database but errors with "Invalid Configuration Parameter"

This is the same error if I did not create the database in ODBC.

So next I am going reload my dbaseplus 11.3 to see if the works.
