Using 64bit Windows 10 Build 1809, dBasePlus 12.31 and Excel version
1902 (from Office 365) Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V work, although some
formatting gets confused:
for example the phrase "Other Miles" centered in a cell comes across
left justified with Other in bold font.
Likewise, copy and paste from dbase to Excel also works.
