You need to look into an aspect of the UAC that deals with roaming...
and look at Inno Setup, I think. I have never done this, but I am sure
it can be done. If you look at your own computer:
C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData
You should see three folders, one of them is "roaming", and should be
something you can use for this, but I am not sure how to do it.
