I didn't really know what the policy was.
I just automatically upgrade and figure its just the price of doing
business.

Still worth a message to Mike even if it gets refused.
Who knows, if we can pass healthcare bills in congress without knowing what
they contain, maybe we can get an upgrade without knowing the policy.

I'm afraid dBASE upgrade policy is to only give a free upgrade on a
major version change if the old version was bought within 30 days of the
release date of the new major version.  See Support-->Update policy on
the dBASE website.
