The same thing happens using dbase8 with windows10. The truth is that the wizard is a comfortable and visual way to design a table, and it would be appreciated if that failure was corrected. If it can not be corrected, I think it would be better to remove it from the IDE. It hurts enough to see that you are wasting your time ...
