Hi Bob,

Well, it should be no problem to have a new DBT file created.
I just wonder from where you can get the data to re-enter manually?
Do you have hardcopies of the data that disappeared with your DBT file?
So I hope it's not too much data ...
To re-create a DBT file you should do the following:
- edit the table structure, and delete the DBT field
- close the table designer, and SAVE these changes
- open the table again, make some changes to one or two rows and save
these changes, just to test that the table is not corrupted, then change
these rows back to their original values and close the table
- now open the table in the designer again, and add your DBT field again
- again, close the table designer, and SAVE your changes
This very moment, in the file explorer you should see a newly created
DBT file next to the table file, both a *.DBF AND your new *.DBT file
with the same name.
That's it!
Good luck, Heinz
