The stuff you're reading about was written ages ago when dBASE still
shipped on CDs.
If you had dBASE Plus 10, there is a complete walk through for
downloading and installing Apache ...
If you have The dBASE Book Plus, 2nd Edition, there are instructions on
this in there ...
