Hi Mervin, Ken:  At first I did not understand what you were saying.  I had 2 forms, 1 did 1did not.  Then I remembered the line of code at the bottom (before functions).  I changed the code on the form that did not, and now it's a did!!!   I can't even remember my breakfast menu and you want me to remember that.  Many thanks.......Bob
