set procedure to :dUFLP:BDEAlias.cc
oBDE = new BDEAlias()
OBDE.createalias("Muneem","C:\dbasetutorial\muneem")
OBDE.deletealias("muneem")

Is working on my computer.
Plus 11.2.1 Windows 10 Home
