If you are purchasing plus 11 then why do you need access to 9 or 10.
11 is better version.
Rest is upto dbase team. Please contact them at

I am looking to purchase a license but I need to know if buying dBase 11 will give me access to the dBase IDEs as my client has most of their applications in either of these two versions (with the web applicaition entirely in 9 still due to an issue with apache/mysql).
