Is there a way to have dBase 10.3 Run as Administrator when clicking on the taskbar icon or from the app list without having to explicitly declare it when starting the application? If I don't click Run As Administrator, then I can't save any changes to the apps. I am the only user on my laptop, so by default I have admin rights.
