@/SAY/GET were removed from the software years and years and years ago.
They're not even deprecated, they're gone.

Learn to use forms, entryfields, pushbuttons, etc. There is going to be
a learning curve moving from the DOS versions of dBASE to the Windows
versions.

I have some books out there that may help:

http://www.goldenstag.net/dbase

(And included in Plus9 is the second edition of The dBASE Book, the
third edition has items that are useful for current versions of Windows,
but the PDF will be useful in helping with the learning curve), it is in
the folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\dBASE\Plus9\Docs

The PDF is "TheCompleteBook.pdf" (a dumb name, I made the mistake of
calling it that when I gave it to dBASE to put out there, should have
named it "TheDBASEBook.pdf" or something, d'oh!).
